The first stage of receiving the basic information of the project: In this stage, the basic information includes (dimensions and square footage of the land – photo of the land – identification documents of the land – descriptions or photos that are liked by the employer, along with the name and surname – contact number) from Your side is formed to receive the initial classification and file.

The second stage of determining the type of project: in this stage, after reviewing the initial information sent by you, the style, location and initial size of the project will be determined.

The third stage of sending the proposal: In this stage, the initial analysis is done and the basic information of the proposed project is inserted (the style of the project along with similar examples of the proposed plan, the estimation table of the project needs along with the estimated costs) according to your taste in the face-to-face meeting or online with the necessary explanations.

The fourth stage of sending the contract: In this stage, the work contract is sent according to the agreements made and after the approval and receipt of the project deposit, it starts.

The fifth stage of design: In this stage, the initial design is presented.

The sixth stage of amendments: the amendments desired by the employer are applied in the plan.

*- In case of ordering a new part other than the contract, a new work contract is required!

The seventh stage of completion and settlement: In this stage, after the final approval of the plan and settlement, the complete information of the project, including maps and executive details, and pictures and videos of different parts, will be delivered. At the request of the employer
